Untraceable spools throughout the pipe fabrication from the pipe workshop, blasting & painting to laydown areas. It caused the schedule delayed due to excessive searching time or spools re-fabricating. Due to that, MMHE need additional cost on the materials & labor from refabricating or searching the spools.
