Abstract - In this paper, the different antenna orientation is investigated for on-body transmission by introducing the Dual-band Artificial Magnetic Conductor (AMC) waveguide jacket. The transmission for on-body is measured using two flexible dual-band antennas attach to the Dual-band AMC waveguide jacket. The real measurement has been conducted with a man with the height of 180cm and 75kg weight. The measurement is conducted in small space area by using portable network analyzer. It is found that the transmission of the antenna is depends on the antenna orientation and the waveguide jacket acts like a path for the antenna to propagate between each node. The result shows that the 10 dB improvement when the antenna is in the same plane.
