5/25-Setup Solar Panel in Perkempungan Orang Asli Pucur

Alhamdullilah .. I am very glad to be a part of FKE UTM family who get an opportunity to participate in a Community program. I am greatly thankful to my buddy who is a great young lecturer from Department of POWER, Faculty of Electrical Engineering Universiti Teknologi Malaysia for inviting me to involve in this program. The community project was to set-up a solar Panel in Orang Asli Pucur Village on Thursday (25/5/2017). The motivation of the work was when the community of Orang Asli Pucur do not obtain proper electrical supply to their village. They need to depend on Power Generator which was operated using Diesel. As we concern that the price of diesel is quite expensive, therefore this effort is mainly to help them for using other green power source which is free.. Our country rich with sunshine so solar panel is an exvcellent solution to their problem. Above all, thank you to all those involved ... Bank Islam, JAKOA, TNB, Mersing Polytechnic, UTM Technician, IVAT UTM, UTM Power Department, as well as fellow FKE UTM lecturers. It will be remembered forever =)
